Learn to paddle in a day with SUP lessons led by yours truly certified SUP instructor, Coach Aymee Vasquez @aymeesups ! 🏄‍♀️💦

Each 90-minute lesson is available as One-on-One for personalized coaching or Private Groups (up to 8) for a fun-filled day on the water. SUP is the perfect way to stay active, connect with nature, and explore Miami’s beautiful waterways, you might even spot dolphins, manatees, rays, or turtles along the way 🐬🐢🐟☀️🏝️.

Mornings → 8:00–9:30am | 10:00–11:30am
